1. Overview
The Contractors Marketing uses authorized platform access to provide contractor marketing services, manage advertising workflows, validate account and Page access, report on campaign activity, and support client-owned advertising systems.
The Contractors Marketing API is primarily used for business advertising and platform-access workflows. If we have information associated with your Meta user, Page, Business, ad account, form submission, or related app authorization, you may request deletion using the instructions below.
2. Data Covered by These Instructions
Depending on your relationship with The Contractors Marketing, covered data may include:
- Contact details you submitted to us, such as name, email address, phone number, business name, and service area.
- Business and advertising account identifiers needed to verify access, such as Meta Business, Page, ad account, campaign, ad set, ad, pixel, or dataset IDs.
- Permission, token, or authorization metadata that shows whether The Contractors Marketing was granted access to a business asset.
- Campaign reporting, account-read results, notes, support messages, audit records, and service-delivery records associated with your request.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, recovery codes, full payment numbers, or other sensitive credentials when making a deletion request.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
Email our support team with enough information for us to identify the relevant account, app access, or business record.
4. What Happens After We Receive a Request
After receiving your request, we will review the information provided, identify the relevant records, and delete or de-identify eligible data from systems under our control.
- We will acknowledge or respond to the request within 30 days.
- We will remove eligible app-related records from active systems where deletion is technically and legally available.
- We may disconnect, revoke, or remove app access where appropriate and commercially practical.
- We will notify you if we need more information to identify the data or verify authority.
5. Removing the App from Facebook or Meta
You may also remove app access directly through your Facebook or Meta account settings when that option is available to you.
- Open your Facebook settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
- Find The Contractors Marketing API or the related connected business integration.
- Choose Remove or disconnect access.
Removing an app or integration through Meta may stop future access, but it may not automatically delete records already stored in our systems. To request deletion from our systems, also email us using the steps above.
6. Retention Limits and Exceptions
Some information may need to be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, billing, dispute-resolution, platform-compliance, backup, or service-record purposes. When we cannot fully delete a record, we will limit access to it or de-identify it where reasonably practical.
Data controlled by third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, CRM providers, call tracking providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics tools may also be subject to those platforms' own deletion processes and retention rules.
